I have always dabbled in photography, but the advent of the digital format really
sparked my interest, and now I'm hooked.

Over the years, I have completed a wide range of courses in photography from
wildlife, avian, sport and studio lighting, to creativity in photography. I am also an
active member of the Westville Camera Club which always challenges you to move
out of your comfort zone and try different aspects of photography.

My greatest achievement to date was winning the Canon EOS Roadshow
Photo Shoot-off Competition. This competition was held over a week in
a private game reserve where one photographer was
knocked off each day. Photographs included wildlife,
avian, action, macro and lanscape.

My passion is wildlife and avian photography
where I enjoy the challenges it always
presents. I also have a special interest
with natural light portraiture.

My other passion is teaching photography
where I get to share my knowledge with
other like minded people.
